Pricing & Payment Questions
What payment methods do you accept?
937Creative utilizes Stripe for billing.
Currently, we accept Apple Pay, Cash App, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Flexible payment arrangements through Affirm, Afterpay, and Klarna may be available. Please contact us.
Do you have promo codes or sales?
We will offer discounts and promo codes occassionally. Please keep an eye out.
If you refer clients to 937Creative, you may receive a special offer once the referred client has made a payment.
Is an upfront payment required?
Depending on the service, we may request up to a 50% down payment. Smaller payment installments may be available.
Are your services refundable?
Depending on the service, you may be entitled to a refund if you are dissatisfied. If a down payment/deposit is collected before services begin, that amount may be refunded before final services are delivered. Your contract will outline the details.
What if I buy a website template? What services are included?
Web design templates include up to three webpages and 1-month of complimentary service (see maintenance plans above). Additional pages can be added as needed for a fee.
